These Lines said by Child Manu, Zhansi ki Rani, still echos in my mind Archita It was Narrated by my Sister while teaching this from Hindi textbook to me, My sister's skilled art of narration and story of brave manful Manu, together made lasting impression on my mind . 
Character of unforgettable  exemplary warrior, Zhansi Ki Rani has always fascinated every young mind of free India.

All those Directors, actors, producers deserve applauds for daring to take up such period films. Perceiving and expressing the 'true spirit of time' is not everybody's Cup of tea.

How Zhansi Ki Rani would have raised the rage to fight for struggle even in women of that time, Can be well understood when while watching Movie Manikarna, My 11 years old nephew ( Son of my Elder Sister ) Started drawing Comparisons of her with today's Ninzas and  superheroes. Today's generation Can understand history with such drawn comparisons. 
He was so much Charged to see her ( Rani Lxmi Bai ) Fierce to Fight for Freedom that he started Clapping and Shouting Har - Har Mahadev ( हर हर महादेव ) with the flow of the movie,  Clappings of audiences were telling how Rightly it hit the Sentiments of Audience and how far the Success of entire team of Manikarna is Going to be.
This is the actual purpose of such period movies.

Kangana not only as an Actor but also as debut director, made it mesmerising and to be watched movie. She Slipped into the Character So naturally and gave true picture of Rani Laxmi Bai. Ankita lokhwande was too impressive in the role of second lead lady of the movie. No other famous name was in the movie, still only Kangana lead movie here wobbles.
As it is period movie, presenting history into present and expecting to get the same empathetic feelings from audience, is something difficult, unusual, Despite knowing her story still it leads us to see how actors are portraying the history!
Today at present we really need to have such presentations of true stories of freedom fighters, Great leaders for whom Country was above all. All cast, creed and religions faught together for the freedom of country. Zhansi ki Rani knew she will lose Zhansi and she did not leave the hopes because for the coming generations it was necessary to know that despite foreseeing their defeat these fighters faught till their last breath, Made Britishers realise that India still had true loyal nationalists who loved country first. How Courageously they kept only freedom at the top. How traitors betrayed Country for mere greed of positions. How such sung and unsung heroes of history made possible to the dream of free India. Brave women have always made their place against all odds. Breaking the superstitious and patrychal rituals and traditions Rani took the charge of Zhansi. 

For keeping  the fire of freedom alive in her people she had to forget the pain of losing her husband and child . 
Today not necessarily we will be facing such war but her story and such portrayal of her character through our Hindi Cinema  Can infuse enough energy to come out of their obstacles, problems , dilemmas and inner Conscious wars. 

As we all are aware of the story, apart from that, movie portrays true picture of struggle, fierce, strategies of warrior woman, mother and wife , Zhansi Ki Rani . Moreover narration in the voice of Amitabh Bachann adds to its Glory.

Kangana Ranaut marvellously portrayed Rani Laxmi Bai with her outstanding acting and skilled direction .With this movie she actually proved herself Bollywood's 'Queen.'
